I have known**** for many years. He was my pool service tech from another company. I was always impressed with ****because it was clear he understands the power of regular communication with clients and taking personal responsibility for his work. When he decided to start his own company, it was an easy decision to go with him. **** and his partner are fantastic. They are remarkably knowledgeable on pools (as expected) but they break it down for those that don't understand pools. **** took time to meet me on a day off to explain the work he had done and was doing on our pool. He explained it thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable with everything before he proceeded. It never felt like he was upselling me or providing things we didn't need.
In fact, we saved $700 by going with **** than going with a competitor- all for the same parts.
Our pool is running beautifully again and the jacuzzi gets hot in 20 minutes. He has scheduled our system to run when we want to use it- undoubtedly saving us $$.
I was hesitant to not go with a name brand to care for our pool- but just give ****a chance. His knowledge and work ethic will win you over very, very quickly.
